This 1920's built home in Downtown San Jose had not been updated in over 40 years.  It was the owner's childhood home, but the couple moved to Southern California and were using the home as a rental for approximately 15 years.  Property management failed to check on tenants, and as a result the home was badly damaged. The home was in need of a complete overhaul with a very tight budget and someone to oversee all the work since the owners were not local.  The property was infested with fleas, cabinets, windows and remainder of interior were completely destroyed.  With a little love, we were able to put much needed life back into the home. When the house was finished, it had a completely new interior. as well as new windows, HVAC system and landscaping.  This poor house really needed some love and attention, and it was such a joy to present to the homeowners who were truly grateful we were able to save their childhood home.
